MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag.After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
DELIVERY
If you live in the UK, Add 'United Kingdom' to calculate shipping costs. Your goods will be posted 1st Class Royal Mail.
If you would like Special Delivery (next day, Royal Mail) or would like your goods sent overseas to Europe or Internationally, please add the postage in the 'Special Postage & Packing' Tab.
Please note, Next Day delivery orders must be placed before 12.30pm, in order for them to be packed and dispatched in time to reach you the following day.
We aim to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Within the UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery. Europe and Rest of the World can take anywhere between 4-14 days to arrive.
WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP Sterling or your own currency.
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD & PAYPAL
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
