Ingredients: peppermint leaf (mentha piperita) ginger (zingiber officinale) root and oats (avena Sativa) juniper berry (juniperus communis)
Directions: Brew a bath bag in a teapot for 5 minutes before adding the brew and the bag into bath water. Alternatively, for a lighter infusion, add a bath bag directly into a hot running bath. For external use only, do not drink.
