These comforting, lightly scented herbal bath bags may help to soak away that aching feeling away. This brew contains rosemary which may help to ease muscular pain, sciatica and neuralgia. The horsetail herb may ease rheumatism, and meadowsweet is known as a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic. The Oats with demulcents are skin softening.
Ingredients: *avena sativa (oatmeal), *rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary), *equisetum arvense (horsetail herb),*filipendula ulmaria (meadowsweet), *certified organic herbs.
Directions: Brew a bath bag in a teapot for 5 minutes before adding the brew and the bag into bath water. Alternatively, for a lighter infusion, add a bath bag directly into a hot running bath. For external use only, do not drink.
